Thank you for shopping with us! We are excited to ship our products from Japan to you in the United States. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we process and ship your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped from our base in Japan within 3 business days after order confirmation.

  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or Japanese Public Holidays.
  • During peak seasons or sales events, processing may be delayed by a few days. We appreciate your patience.
  • If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you directly via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

We ship using reliable international air shipping (DHL or FedEx) with a tracking number.

  • Shipping Rate: Flat rate of $22.00
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 6 - 10 business days

3. Shipping Service Areas

To ensure reliable delivery, we have defined specific service areas.

Areas We Ship To:

  • U.S. Mainland (48 contiguous states)
  • Washington D.C.
  • Hawaii
  • Alaska

Areas We DO NOT Ship To:

We currently do not offer shipping to the following locations:

  • U.S. Territories: Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands.
  • Associated States: Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Palau.
  • P.O. Boxes
  • Military Addresses: APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

If an order is placed with a shipping address in a non-service area, we will unfortunately have to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Important Notice on U.S. Customs and Duties

All shipments from Japan to the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and related fees.

  • Customer Responsibility: All customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any related charges are the sole responsibility of the customer (the importer).
  • Payment Process: You may be contacted by the shipping carrier (DHL or FedEx) to arrange payment before delivery.
  • Refusal to Pay: If duties are refused, the shipment may be returned or disposed of. In such cases, return shipping costs and fees will be deducted from any refund.

5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number typically becomes active within 1–2 business days.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We ship all items with insurance. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@renewejapan.com via our Contact Form within 48 hours. We will manage the entire claims process and issue a full refund once confirmed.

7. Changing Your Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at hello@renewejapan.com or via the Contact Form as soon as possible.

  • Address changes are possible before your order has been shipped.
  • Once an order is shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. Please double-check your information at checkout.
